Shipping policy

All orders will be processed in 2-4 days unless otherwise stated on individual product listings.  Some of our products are available on pre order only - lead times for delivery for these items are stated on the individual product listing for you to see before you purchase and we advise you to check this carefully before making your purchase to make sure you are happy with the delivery time. 

We are a family run business and whilst we always do our upmost to ensure you receive your order promptly sometimes holidays or sickness may result in a longer processing time.  We will make you aware if this affects your order. 

We offer a fixed rate delivery charge with a choice of second or first class postage.   We also offer an open box service where you can open a box to add items to over time and just pay one delivery charge when you are ready for it all to be delivered.  The open box option is not free delivery, if you choose this option your order will be treated as an open box and will not be delivered until you place a closing order and pay delivery.  Please choose 'close open box' when you are ready to have your items delivered.  Please make sure you choose the correct delivery option when you checkout.
