Refund policy

We're delighted you made a purchase and hope that it is everything you wished for. 

We will be surprised if you are unhappy with your goods but should you wish to return your items you can do so within 14 days of receipt.  However, we do not offer refunds for wax melts that have been broken in transit as this is out of our control.  The idea is that you break wax melts to melt them anyway and we also ensure that we carefully package them to avoid breakages happening.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned at all, such as; custom orders and perishable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at paulaclarkex@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure you request a return and get approval before returning items. Items returned without approval may not be refunded.

Exchanges
We prefer you to return the items and then once your refund has been accepted, make a separate order for the items you would like.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.
